A cloud SaaS system I product managed for a LegalTech firm made which is made on Microsoft Dynamics CRM to refine the process of capturing and managing legal customer case details. The system allows for external stakeholders to view, collaborate and edit cases in real-time and has been operational with multiple law firms since 2015.

There are many clever elements I managed the creation of for this legal case management system such as marketing integration, ability to share and accept documents from end customers ‘claimants’, artificial intelligence for quality control and compliance and the ability to pass entire cases onto external stakeholders.
