As part of a company-wide automation and digitisation strategy, I created and launched a cloud portal allowing 1000’s of daily users to automate tasks including billing/payments, meeting rooms viewing/booking, visitor invites/management, support ticketing, discussion boards, peer to peer collaboration (mini social network).

It had multiple other features such as reward credits, analytics, team management, email automation and Twilio SMS and voice integrations. The portal is web-accessible (laptop and mobile) and also has mobile apps on Google’s Android and Apple’s iOS.
